  1. Satisfaction Guarantee
    • Your satisfaction with our products and services is our #1 priority. Simply put, if you aren’t happy, then we aren’t happy.
    • If you are unhappy with the quality of your coffee, send it back to us and we will refund 100% of your product purchase. (Sorry: we can’t refund shipping.)
    • For equipment and shipping returns, please see Section #4.

  3. Shipping Policy and Terms
    • Coffee: Please allow up to 48 hours to process your coffee order. We ship via USPS, so most orders will arrive between 3-5 business days.
    • Merchandise: Some merchandise is produced and stocked by a 3rd party manufacturer. Depending on the item, some will ship between 5-12 business days. Normally, it takes between 4-7 days.
    • Equipment: Free shipping on new espresso makers and grinders! New commercial equipment is shipped via freight shipping. It can take up to three weeks. Don’t worry, we’ll monitor the shipment, and make sure you get status updates.
    • Local Pickup Options: You can pick up your coffee order at our warehouse, the VRE Cafe or any one of our farmer’s market locations. The updated options are listed on checkout.
  4. Return Policy (Equipment and Merchandise)
    • Merchandise: Return your merchandise within 30 days for a full refund (not including shipping). If you purchased the merchandise directly from us, the item must be clean and undamaged. If the item came from directly from the manufacturer, send it back to use with your purchase receipt.
    • New Equipment: We offer a 90-day return on new equipment with no restocking fee. You aren’t going to find that elsewhere. You will receive a full refund (minus shipping costs) if the item is returned in like new condition, with all accessories that came with it, with all original, undamaged packaging, clean and packaged according to the specifications outlined in your purchase agreement. Equipment not returned in like new condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Additional warranty conditions may apply.
    • Used Equipment: Our used equipment is tested for serviceability and sold “as-is”. All sales are final on “as-is” purchases.
  5. Equipment Servicing and Warranties
    • We are a certified Bunn repair center, and we can service your commercial Bunn coffee makers and coffee grinders here! Let us know if your item is still under warranty.
    • Nuovo-Simonelli products are service by authorized service centers and are subject to the terms and conditions laid out in the Standard and Gold warranty packages. Fair warning though, if you aren’t using a water filter, you’ll void your warranty.
