Shipping Policy

We ship to any US address, including APO /FPO.

Depending on your order time, most orders ship the same day they are purchased, or shortly after your coffee is roasted. It may take an additional day or two to ship your order depending upon our roast schedule. This means that you will get the best, and freshest coffee available. Period.

*Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of receipt on weekdays. Weekend orders and orders received on Friday evening are process on Mondays.

We ship most orders via USPS Priority mail which has a delivery time between 1 and 3 days. Once we ship it, we cannot guarantee when it will be delivered if the postal system is experiencing delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns on apparel and merchandise will be accept up to 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit, a refund, or a replacement.

We take your safety and the quality of our products seriously. If there is physical damage to the contents of your package that appears and it does not appear to have been caused by shipping related problems, or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value).

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will refund the cost of your purchase, or issue you store credit less shipping costs. We cannot accept returns of coffee. If you require further assistance, please email info@ricksroasters.com.
