The latest scoop on coffee consumption

There are many good reasons to drink coffee, and very few not too.

Over the last several decades coffee has been among the most heavily studied dietary components.

A study at Harvard shows three to four cups per day has been linked to a longer lifespan. Other studies have found that coffee drinkers may have reduced risks of cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, Alzheimers’ and Parkinson’s, colon, uterine, and liver cancer, and cirrhosis.

The reason behind this is still unknown, but one factor could be the caffeine.

Due to the good news about coffee consumption, this may make you feel tempted to increase your intake or start to if you don’t already.

But, if you don’t like coffee there is no current recommendation to start.

However, if studies can figure out why coffee might have health benefits, it’s possible that one day medication can be evolved using coffee.

If you are already a coffee drinker, it should be reassuring that decades of research have finally found no link between coffee and cancer.

Contrary to belief the number of health benefits accompany coffee consumption.

In conclusion, you should moderate your coffee consumption.
Although we don’t know much about the benefits of coffee the research continues. Millions of people drink coffee everyday, and will tell you there’s nothing like it.
